I have sent SEVERAL emails, and NEVER get a response. Called TWICE, put on hold for over 40 mins the first time and gave up. Waited for over 25 mins the second time and STILL could not get tracking or order number. When I placed my order I received a message while on the website that said "Thank you, your order number is "BLANK". It also said "you will receive an email shortly with tracking and updates". Never got the email, and funds were taken through Paypal. I explained to the Customer Service Rep that I did not have the order number. He asks for my name, email address, home address and date of the purchase. I provided them and then he asked for the Order Number. I again explained that I was not provided an order number. Then he asked for my name. My name had not changed. Gave him my name again and also offered the Paypal Transaction ID, the date, the order amount, the 4WD part numbers of the two items I paid for. He replied that he did not have access to the order with only that info. Then he asked for my phone number, and my FULL name. My name had not changed. After another 15 mins on the phone with him fumbling in their system he explained that he did not have access to the order without an order number. I finally gave up and started to explain that I was going to file a charge back with Paypal and he started talking over me. I told him this was bull$h1t and that I had spent well over an hour and a half on the phone and several emails to no avail and the whole time Im talking he is raising his voice trying to talk over me. Textbook example of HOW NOT TO deal with an already frustrated customer. Again, if you can find what you need elsewhere, even if it is a little more, spend the money, save the headache.
