Avoid this company

Avoid this company. The customer service is horrible.
I ordered 2 soft top doors. I needed to return them. 2 weeks after returning them I had to call about my refund. I received a refund for 1 door. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to get the rest of my refund. I bought doors, I returned 2 doors, but I received a refund for one door. Losing my patience

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. Sent me an email to say out of stock but wouldn't cancel order or change it unless I called. Spent an hour on the phone and nobody picked up. Said there was 26 calls ahead of me. Tried calling the local store. No answer.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS PLACE. As with all the other reviews, I purchased a small item which never arrived and the website was never updated with a tracking order. I think this site is dodgy. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and got my money back instantly. The item now says "out of stock" so I don't think they ever had it. SCAM

Don’t buy anything that you want this…

Don’t buy anything that you want this company to stand behind. Purchased a three-year warranty that died at 18 months. Sent them 5 separate emails via their “contact us” page, then spent 3 1/2 hours on hold hoping to get a person on the line. No luck with phone call, and never received a response to ANY of my emails. Their service doesn’t just suck, it’s non existent.

Avoid 4WD.com if you have a choice
I have sent SEVERAL emails, and NEVER get a response. Called TWICE, put on hold for over 40 mins the first time and gave up. Waited for over 25 mins the second time and STILL could not get tracking or order number. When I placed my order I received a message while on the website that said "Thank you, your order number is "BLANK". It also said "you will receive an email shortly with tracking and updates". Never got the email, and funds were taken through Paypal. I explained to the Customer Service Rep that I did not have the order number. He asks for my name, email address, home address and date of the purchase. I provided them and then he asked for the Order Number. I again explained that I was not provided an order number. Then he asked for my name. My name had not changed. Gave him my name again and also offered the Paypal Transaction ID, the date, the order amount, the 4WD part numbers of the two items I paid for. He replied that he did not have access to the order with only that info. Then he asked for my phone number, and my FULL name. My name had not changed. After another 15 mins on the phone with him fumbling in their system he explained that he did not have access to the order without an order number. I finally gave up and started to explain that I was going to file a charge back with Paypal and he started talking over me. I told him this was bull$h1t and that I had spent well over an hour and a half on the phone and several emails to no avail and the whole time Im talking he is raising his voice trying to talk over me. Textbook example of HOW NOT TO deal with an already frustrated customer. Again, if you can find what you need elsewhere, even if it is a little more, spend the money, save the headache.

Mistakenly made an order for an…

Mistakenly made an order for an all-terrain instead of a mud terrain i called back within 10 minutes later but I was on hold for 45 minutes so I gave up online they answered quickly they said they would cancel the order and refund money, here it is 2 1/2 months later i finally got my refund took seven calls later kept saying it wasn’t checked in … and even after it was they took 2 weeks ….absolutely ridiculous place is a joke i will never ever look at this website again complete fu ing joke….

Terrible company

Terrible company. Wouldn’t help me on my order after they took my money. Kept saying parts was back ordered. Every time I called them transferred me to a phone for 3 hrs. Will never by from them again.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Ordered the gen2 hoist to take the hard top off. In MAY. It's Sept. Asked for a refund in Aug. No refund. Tried 3 times to get my money back, for the entire month of Aug. Finally told them they took my money same day, they can return my money same day and if not I'll take legal action. That worked. This company never even had this item available to sell... They just claimed they did. What a scam company.

NOT WORTH IT

NOT WORTH IT. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I place an order. They promised delivery September 31st so I took off work to wait for it then they called me that day and said it would be here September 2nd. Waited to call me that day and said it won't be here until the 7th. Complete morons. Then they told me if I cancel the order it has to wait till the product gets back to their warehouse they're going to process it. This is nothing but aggravation. I would pay double to avoid these stooges
